Refund policy

Contact us for terms and conditions of refund/return. Our priority is customer satisfaction and if you have questions/concerns please contact us.

We will attempt to correct any issues with our manufactured products and will work with the manufacturer for items not produced by Gravel Run Hunting Supply. Collars are not refundable once alterations are completed such as nameplate additions or if they are cut to length after leaving this facility, unless the defect was a direct cause of manufacture. Nameplates may be refunded if the information stamped on the tag does not match what was on the order sheet submitted by the customer and it is determined the error was due to Gravel Run Hunting Supply Staff.

Electronics are non-refundable once used, however, warranty work will be accepted and we will work with the manufacturer to determine the best course of action.

Items in the Kennel Supplies category including medications are not returnable/refundable.

All custom order Yoder Nylon and Razor Hunting Gear items are non-refundable/returnable

All items such as hunting lights, Garmin electronics, thermals and clothing items that feature manufacturer warranties need to be submitted through the manufacturers. Gravel Run Hunting Supply cannot process or perform manufacturer warranty repairs and service. We are however happy to offer troubleshooting solutions and assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer if warranty repair or replacement is needed.
